Jigs and fixtures are essential to working holding and tool holding devices in industries. These devices facilitate clamping of the workpiece on the machine tool in correct relationship with the cutting tools. We have an in-house tool room facility at our Plant-I at Kudalwadi.

We have over 25 years of rich machining experience of the various type of critical parts like Steering Arm, Pitman Arm, Tie Rod Arm and for non-auto Mesh frame rings, Conveyor roller. We have sufficient measuring instruments to maintain best quality work. Like surface plate, digital vernier caliper, micrometer, vernier height gauges, dial stand, lever type dial etc.
We are IATF 16949:2016 certified. We will supply the best quality material as per your quality plan.
We have two units - first unit in Kudalwadi, Chikhali, Tal - Haveli, Dist – Pune (factory Area 4000 Sq-Ft.) & our Second Unit is in Chakan, Kadachiwadi, Tal – Khed, Dist-Pune.
Factory area is 6500 sq-ft.
