1985:- Mr. Narayan Kad started a business with Products for Agriculture Sector like hose clips and electric panel boxes,

1987:- Introduce Cranes to construct a water well for farmers and rural area.

1989:- Four districts and twenty-five dealers network completed.

1992:- Become TATA Motors vendor and started Front axle parts like Steering Arm, Tie Rod Arm and Pitman Arm.  

1999:- New Unit-II at Chakan Production started for Agriculture product and Auto Parts for New customers.

2002:- Expansion of Unit-II with a double Production capacity completed.

2004:- ISO 9001:2000 certified

2007:- CNC Verticle Machine Center machines added in our setup.

2009:- ISO/TS 16949:2008 certified

2010:- New second-generation CNC 4 axis machines imported from Germany for non-auto product manufacturing.

2012:- Awarded a new Business from one of the worlds big Automobile company for Engine Parts.

2014:- Suspention Brackets for cumercial vehicle new segment production started.

2017:- New Plant Unit-III Construction started. Total Plant area 17000 sq. feet. New HMC, CNC CMM, CNC Turning centers, Tool Preseeter and CAD CAM facility Full Automation plant Production will be started from Agust 2019

2018:- IATF 16949:2016 certified. Unit-II
